I will help you achieve financial integrity through accurate depiction of your business’ past performance. I’ll help your business in the present through precise day-to-day operational finance. As your fractional CFO, I will work with you, the CEO and / or business owner, to make sure that you understand your financial statements and that they are accurate so you can take strategic action for your business.

I will provide forward-looking analysis such as forecasting cash flow to help you plan for and avoid cash shortfalls, or know when you have the budget to expand.

I will bring best practices, process, and oversight to the various financial functional areas of your business. I will incorporate internal checks for current processes to make sure that things are being done and done well.

If you are raising capital, I will ensure you have investor or banker ready financial statements that help in telling the story behind the numbers.

If you have plans to grow the business, I will work with you to ensure the proper financial structure is in place and you have processes and systems to scale.
